She was born in Ankara Beypazarı in 1944.

She started her art education at Mimar Sinan University at fine arts Academy, she was graduated from the ceramic atelier as a student of Sadi Diren.

She worked as an art teacher in many government and private schools in Istanbul.

After drawing portraits of her students in these years, she has continued to work with watercolor for 20 years.
 

Today she lives in Cyprus and her paintings are in several European countries, in United States and at the Turkish Consulate in North Cyprus.

She participated in international watercolor festivals and exhibitions, at the same time she is a member of Turkish women painters association.
